Who we are and what the service is
aibox is operated by an individual developer. The service is a free AI-assisted resume review and ATS keyword analysis tool, together with free reference guides, templates, and calculators. The site is supported by advertising, it takes no payment of any kind, and there is nothing to buy or subscribe to. See the Contact page for how to reach us about these terms.
AI-assisted outputs
Analysis and writing on this site are AI-assisted. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or content that does not fit your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting everything before you use it. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or salary outcomes, and we do not guarantee that any document will pass an applicant tracking system.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You must have the right to submit any resume, job description, or other content you provide, and you must not submit another person’s personal data without their permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit content you do not have the right to share, or another person’s personal data without their permission;
- use the service for anything unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, discriminatory, or harmful;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, scan, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the service or its output as your own product;
- reverse engineer the service, or attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or other technical controls;
- use the service to create misleading material or to misrepresent your experience.
We may suspend or refuse access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service you asked for, including sending it to the AI model providers described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to submit it.
Free service — no payments, no accounts
The service is free to use and requires no account, no subscription, and no payment. There is no checkout on this site, no paid tier, no upgrade, and no unlock code; the site has no way to take money from you. Because nothing is ever charged, no refunds arise. Advertising revenue is what keeps the tools free — see the Disclaimer for our advertising disclosure. Nothing in this section affects any statutory right you have that cannot be waived.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or secure, or that any output will meet your requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of aibox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising from or related to your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the smallest amount permitted by applicable law, because the service is provided to you free of charge and we receive no payment from you.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any statutory consumer rights you have.
No guarantee of outcomes
aibox is a self-help tool. We do not guarantee that using it will result in an interview, a job offer, a promotion, or any particular salary. Hiring decisions are made by employers and recruiters over whom we have no control.
