There is currently no email address and no support channel for aibox. This page explains what that means, and why you almost certainly do not need one.
The short version: aibox is completely free and fully self-serve. There is no account to create, no payment, no order, and nothing to unlock. Everything the site produces is generated automatically the moment you use it, and the guidance we would otherwise send you by email is already published on the site.
There is no contact channel right now
We would rather say this plainly than publish an address nobody reads: this site has no email address, no contact form, no phone number, and no postal address, and we cannot reply to messages because there is no channel through which to receive them. Earlier versions of this page described an email address that no longer exists — anything sent there will not reach anyone. If you came here looking for a way to write to us, the honest answer is that there is not one at the moment.
Why you almost certainly do not need one
- Everything is free and self-serve. There is nothing to buy, so there are no orders, payments, refunds, or unlock codes to ask about. Nothing on this site can leave you owed something that only we could hand over.
- The tools run themselves. Paste your resume into the free ATS checker and the report is generated immediately — no account, no queue, no waiting for a reply.
- The guidance is already published. The role-specific resume guides, templates, interview question sets, and calculators cover the questions we are asked most often. Start from All Tools.
- Your data deletes itself. Stored resumes and generated reports are removed automatically after 30 days, so there is no account or archive sitting there for us to act on. See the Privacy Policy.
- Corrections. The Editorial Policy describes how every page is checked before publication. Without a channel we cannot receive error reports; if a way to send them is ever added, this page will be the first place that says so.
Privacy requests
Under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA you have rights of access, correction, deletion, objection, and non-discrimination, and we do not sell personal information. The Privacy Policy sets those rights out in full. The practical limit is worth stating too: with no email channel we currently have no way to receive such a request or to answer it. What the site holds is short-lived by design — resumes and reports are deleted automatically after 30 days — and nothing you paste is ever published.
Advertising and partnerships
Ads on this site are served by third parties such as Google AdSense, under the terms described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. There is no channel for advertising or partnership enquiries at present.
What this site cannot help with
- Legal advice. aibox is not a law firm and cannot give legal advice. We cannot advise on immigration, visas, employment contracts, workplace disputes, or discrimination. Please consult a qualified lawyer or licensed adviser for your situation.
- Guaranteed outcomes. We cannot guarantee interviews, job offers, or salary results, and we cannot influence an employer’s decision.
- Individual coaching. We do not review resumes by hand and we do not provide one-to-one career coaching.
